Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel via email or by phone at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. We create our stylist's schedules based on appointments and sometimes additional stylists are added as needed. If someone doesn't show up for their appointment, we are then over staffed AND that appointment was no longer available for other brides to book that do want to shop for a dress. Thank you for understanding.
